At StuffByShweta, we ensure quality in every product. However, if you face any issues, we are here to help.

🔁 Returns:
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

📸 Proof Required:
- Unboxing video or clear images must be provided for verification.

❌ Non-returnable:
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations (due to lighting/screen differences)

💰 Refund Process:
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Replacement:
- Replacement will be shipped if the product is available.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD orders are eligible for returns only in case of damaged or defective items.
- Refund for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Customers must provide correct bank details for refund processing.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges:
- In case of approved returns, reverse pickup charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
- If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚫 COD Order Refusal:
- Refusal of COD orders at the time of delivery may lead to restriction or blocking of future COD orders.
- Shipping and handling charges incurred for such orders may be recovered from the customer.
